Please understand that shipping times are out of our control, as some countries take longer in customs to release a shipment. Weather is also a factor during winters or typhoon/hurricane seasons. We cannot absolutely guarantee the sex doll delivery time, but if you have a special request, please let us know and we will do our best to meet your needs.

MYSEXZONE offers a service that helps our customers pay import duty in advance. Therefore, shipments will arrive at your doorstep and your local custom will not be contacting you. We find this important so that you can receive the shipment in the shortest time and the import duty can be lowered down. This service is only applicable if your order is a full-sized doll. If your order is a doll head and/or accessories, we are unable to pay import duty for you in advance and the local custom might be charging duty upon arrival.

We do not disclose customer details on the packaging until the shipment has cleared customs. So, if any issues in customs, the customs dept. will contact us and not you. 

Simply choose the region when you put your doll in the cart, it will show you an amount. MYSEXZONE is splitting 50% of the import duty with you, therefore, the amount is much lower here. But if you prefer to do it yourself, you can skip the option.

* India and Middle East Customs do not accept sex dolls. We are able to ship, but there is a 50-50 chance the doll might be confiscated. Please email us at for more info. 

* If you have any special request, for instance, you want her to be delivered on Saturdays or particular time on weekdays, or you want to pick her up from the local post office instead. Please leave a note during checkout. Typically, our sex doll delivery partner will give you a call to notify you before they arrive at your doorstep.


We use FedEx, DHL or UPS. As soon as your doll is ready for shipping, we’ll provide a tracking number so that you can estimate her arrival date and time.


We declare the product as a mannequin to protect your privacy. Your doll will be packaged in a brown plain box as below. No one knows what’s in the box except you!

We have an unconditional returns policy if your product arrived in damaged condition or you received a wrong product. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. 
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
  • Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Any item that is returned more than 15 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable) 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at

Sale items (if applicable) 
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are shipping an item over $1,000, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
